Job General Practitioner M/F - Caveirac 30 We are recruiting a General Practitioner M/F to join a medical care and rehabilitation(SMR) facility specializing in pneumologyand addictive driving, located in Caveirac (Gard), under a full-time salaried contract (minimum 0.8 FTE). Description As a general practitioner, you will be in charge of managing patient stays, conducting consultations and monitoring medical records. You will work in interprofessional collaboration and participate in the establishment's governing bodies. The position includes telephone on-calls (5 overnights and 1 weekend per month) and offers the opportunity to follow a University Diploma (DU) in pneumologyor addictology. Structure DNA Located in Caveirac, the facility offers a modern working environment with bright, recent facilities. It comprises: - 60 beds for full hospitalization and 10 places for partial hospitalization. - A medical team comprising 3 pneumologists, 1 internist, and 1 addictologist. - A paramedical team with managers, nurses, rehabilitators, masseur-physiotherapists, dieticians and medical secretaries - Software Hospital Manager - Professional and visitor parking available Compensation For this position, you will receive a compensation of between €6000 and €10,000 gross per month, defined according to your experience and variables such as activity bonuses and on-call duty. Benefits - variables: €8,000 (on-call) to €19,000 (+ salary policy, activity/doctor bonus, etc...) - Salary increase of 1.3%. - Decentralized bonus of 5%. - Incentive bonuses - 5 weeks paid vacation and 15 days RTT Profiles sought: General practitioner M/F holding a doctorate in general medicine in France, registered or registrable with the Conseil national de l'ordre des médecins in France.
