Job General Practitioner M/F - Capestang 34 We are recruiting a general practitioner M/F to join a multidisciplinary health center located in Capestang, in the Hérault region, as part of a self-employed practice. Description and tasks As part of this project, you will work as a general practitioner in a multi-professional health center in a commune classified as a ZRR and ZIP zone. You'll benefit from a dynamic environment and a strong local medical need, with your main responsibilities being to:... - Provide general medical consultations. - Providing medical follow-up for patients. - Coordinating with other local health professionals. - Participating in the continuity of care in an under-resourced population. The structure's DNA The health center covers an area of 1,500 m² spread over two levels, and currently includes 9 consultation cubicles ranging from 25 to 30 m². Five professionals are already in place: two speech therapists, a private nurse, a hearing aid specialist and an optician (integrated optical store). The building is located just 13 km from Béziers, with an average daily footfall of 500 via the adjoining pharmacy. The environment is conducive to coordinated care, in an area with high patient potential, thanks in particular to the region's tourist appeal. Compensation Private practice with attractive rent of €350 per month (approx. €200/m² excl. VAT per year). Possible tax exemptions linked to the ZRR zone.
