A facility in Veyrier-du-Lac, in Haute-Savoie, is seeking a new coordinating physician (M/F) for a part-time permanent position. Requirements - Permanent contract - Part-time (60%, 21 hours per week) - Schedule organized over 3 days per week, including Tuesdays and Thursdays - Daytime hours and flexible schedule The Facility You will join a healthcare and medical-social care facility located in the immediate vicinity of Lake Annecy and the surrounding mountains. This facility provides permanent and temporary housing for residents and is supported by a stable and dedicated multidisciplinary team. In addition, you will report to local management and work closely with the care teams and attending physicians to ensure the quality and continuity of geriatric care. Compensation - For this position, you will receive a salary ranging from €8,000 to €10,000 gross per month for a full-time equivalent (FTE), prorated based on your working hours and adjusted according to your profile and experience Responsibilities - Assess residents’ level of dependency and health status - Participate in the development and monitoring of personalized care plans - Contribute to the quality and safety of geriatric care - Develop, update, and ensure the implementation of the facility’s care plan - Support teams in applying geriatric recommendations and best practices - Participate in quality assurance initiatives and internal evaluations - Coordinate health initiatives and partnerships with geriatric networks and hospitals - Work closely with primary care physicians, private practitioners, and healthcare networks Benefits - A small, close-knit facility in a beautiful setting - Work schedules designed to support a healthy work-life balance - 11 days of RTT for part-time employees and flexible vacation management - Company health insurance, retirement plan, and works council - A €1,000 relocation bonus - Temporary housing available for up to 4 months for doctors relocating from out of town - Meal allowance and vacation vouchers That little extra Veyrier-du-Lac offers direct access to Lake Annecy for water sports and numerous hiking trails in the summer, with mountain resorts less than an hour away for skiing and outdoor enthusiasts.
