Job Coordinator Physician M/F - Aubenas 07 We are looking for a coordinating physician M/F to join an EHPAD near Aubenas, for a full-time or part-time CDI. As a coordinating physician, you will be responsible for the coordination and quality of care provided to residents. You will be responsible for organizing ongoing care, participating in specialized commissions, and coordinating internal and external teams. You will have a key role in assessing residents' needs and implementing personalized care projects. You will join a multi-disciplinary team of nurses, care assistants and a psychologist, all dedicated to providing personalized care for the 52 residents of the facility. This modern facility includes 40 single rooms and a 12-room Unité de Vie Protégée (UVP), as well as a Pôle d'Activités et de Soins Adaptés (PASA). Aubenas, nestled in the southern Ardèche region, offers a warm, natural environment, ideal for a healthcare professional. This dynamic town, with its rich historical heritage, is well equipped in terms of shops and services, including medical ones. Accessible by well-maintained roads, it is within reasonable commuting distance of larger cities such as Valence. You will benefit from an attractive remuneration package of between 90 and 110K€ gross per annum for 1 FTE.
