The residence extends over several levels and offers over 90 personalized rooms, some with balconies and double rooms suitable for couples. The residence includes a special unit dedicated to people with neuro-evolutionary diseases, and its bathrooms are individually equipped for reduced mobility. In addition, the establishment is approved for personalized housing assistance and is authorized to receive social assistance beneficiaries.
