Job Coordinator Physician M/F - Passy 74 We are looking for a Coordinating Physician M/F to join a EHPAD in Passy, for a CDI part-time (0.6 FTE). The physician coordinator in EHPAD is responsible for ensuring good geriatric practice, coordinating assessment and therapeutic proposals for residents. He oversees the dissemination and application of good care practices, and plays an active role in training and informing professionals. It plays a key role in developing and implementing the personalized care project, and ensures continuity of care in emergencies or exceptional situations. You will join a multidisciplinary team comprising nurses, nurse coordinators and care assistants, all dedicated to providing personalized support to the facility's residents. This entity, equipped with modern facilities, comprises 101 beds, including 44 beds on two floors in a conventional unit, and a 13-bed protected living unit. Currently, 87 residents are present. Passy offers a pleasant living environment with its many green spaces and surrounding mountains. For this position, you will benefit from an attractive remuneration of €10,000 gross per month for full-time, to be prorated for part-time.
