Job Coordinator Physician M/F - Chaumont 52 We are looking for a coordinating physician M/F to join an EHPAD near Chaumont, for a full-time or part-time CDI. As coordinating physician, your mission will be to ensure optimal management of the care provided to the 68 residents of the establishment, including 15 places in a protected living unit and 12 places for ageing disabled people. Your role will include coordinating medical and nursing activities, drawing up individualized care plans, and playing an active part in the day-to-day life of the facility. This EHPAD offers a warm, welcoming environment, with individual, customizable accommodation and communal areas on the first floor. The multi-disciplinary team offers a variety of activities and individualized support, in line with a philosophy focused on domestic comfort, integration into a natural environment, and the recycling of bio-organic waste. Chaumont, located in the Haute-Marne region of France, is a quiet town offering a serene living environment, ideal for a healthcare professional.
