Job Coordinator Physician m/f - Montélimar 26 We are recruiting a coordinating physician M/F to join an EHPAD located near Montélimar, in the Drôme, as part of a part-time CDI at 80% in coordination, with the possibility of completing at 100% as a prescribing physician as of June 29, 2025. Description and missions At this residential facility for dependent elderly people, you will be responsible for the following tasks: - Coordination of geriatric assessment and development of diagnostic and therapeutic proposals - Active participation in implementing and monitoring the personalized and general care project. - Promotion of good prescribing practices and contribution to palliative care support. - Participation in the CODIR - Organization of prevention and public health (vaccinations, infectious risk management, heatwave) - Coordination of care quality-related bodies (CLUD, CLAN) and participation in the ethics and bientraitance commission. - In-house and external geriatric coordination with local healthcare professionals. - Supervision of medical students and participation in ongoing team training Structure DNA This EHPAD has 125 beds, divided between a 95-bed traditional unit and a 30-bed protected living unit. You will join a committed multidisciplinary team, comprising an IDEC, an IDER, 3 IDEs, care assistants (1 for 10 residents in the traditional unit and 1 for 8 residents in the protected unit), 3 independent physiotherapists, a full-time psychomotrician and an 80% psychologist. Compensation For this position, you will benefit from an attractive monthly remuneration of between €6,800 and €7,500 gross, excluding SEGUR, depending on your seniority and qualifications.
