Job ENT M/F - Montélimar 26

We are recruiting an ENT specialist to join a healthcare establishment located in Montélimar, in the Drôme-Ardèche Nord region. This position is offered on a salaried or self-employed basis, with the possibility of part-time work.

Description and missions
You will join a dynamic medical team comprising 8 hospital practitioners, 1 assistant and 3 interns. Your activity will be divided between ENT consultations and outpatient surgery, covering all ENT subspecialties, including:
- Standard pediatrics (procedures from age 3)
- Cervicofacial onco-dermatology
- Thyroid and parathyroid surgery
- Sinus surgery
- Treatment of rhonchiopathies and SAHOS
- Salivary gland pathologies
- Medical and surgical otology, management of vertigo
- ENT and dermatological carcinology with ARS accreditation

You will work on the Montélimar site, in liaison with the Valence and Romans-sur-Isère establishments. On-call care is provided at the Valence hospital.

Structure DNA
The establishment is a medium-sized hospital center with 730 beds in medicine, surgery and EHPAD. It has 8 operating theatres, a multi-purpose intensive care unit and records some 50,000 to 55,000 emergency room visits annually. It works closely with the Lyon University Hospital and the Valence Hospital.
The technical facilities are particularly comprehensive, with modern equipment in both the consultation and operating areas:

- Consultation cubicles equipped with microscopes and computerized audiometry
- Nasofibroscopes, HD video column for digital fibroscopy
- Clean room for surgery under local anaesthetic
- Neuromonitoring, thermofusion, ultracision, radiofrequency, laser
- Latest-generation microscopes for microsurgery and otology

Compensation
- Compliance with Motif 1 step 6 regulations, with the possibility of proposal in Motif 2
A hospital career commitment bonus is possible, with €10,000 at the start and €10,000 at the end.

Profile sought
ENT M/F with a degree recognized in France and registered with the Conseil national de l'Ordre des Médecins. Experience in general surgery and management of adult and pediatric emergencies required. Specialized profiles accepted, subject to versatile activity.
