Job Ophthalmologist M/F - Gémenos 13

We are recruiting an ophthalmologist M/F to join an establishment dedicated to ophthalmology located in Gémenos, in the Bouches-du-Rhône region, within the framework of a salaried contract or a self-employed collaboration.

Description and duties
You will work within a structure designed to optimize the quality of care and the working comfort of practitioners. You will be in charge of medical ophthalmology consultations, with the possibility, depending on your preferences, of performing IVTs on site. Nursing support is provided to enable you to concentrate exclusively on your clinical activity.
A surgical activity (refractive or cataract) is possible thanks to a network of partners. The organization of working hours is adapted to ensure a balance between medical performance and quality of life, with a rhythm ranging from 50 to 60 patients per day over a 9:00 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. schedule.
In-house training is planned for the Ophtix software, pending the commissioning of a computer system developed specifically for the facility.

You'll be joining a modern facility, structured around a multidisciplinary team of orthoptists, nurses and medical secretaries. The environment is entirely designed to promote a fluid patient pathway and a serene practice: dedicated IVT rooms, advanced technical platform, centralized organization ensuring a constant flow of patients and optimal coordination. The facility has a strong regional base, and offers sustained activity from Monday to Saturday, on a full-time or part-time basis depending on your availability.

Compensation
- For salaried doctors: 650 euros per session, with a variable supplement of 12 to 15% depending on activity
. - For self-employed doctors: personalized remuneration to be discussed, with the possibility of participation in expenses and investment in the structure

Profile sought
Ophthalmologist M/F registered or eligible for registration with the Ordre des Médecins in France, holding a French or European diploma with validated B2 language level. Sector 1 or Sector 2 and 2 OPTAM accepted. Priority given to practitioners not yet established.
