We are recruiting a general practitioner M/F to join a medical center located in Salses-le-Château, near Perpignan, as part of a liberal installation.
Description and missions
As part of this opportunity, you will practice as a general practitioner within a recently built medical center. You will have a 24 m² practice, fully equipped with desk, chair, examination table, refrigerator and sink. You'll be working in a modern environment with PRM access, in collaboration with a pharmacy and an optical store.
Structure DNA
This new medical center offers an optimal practice environment for a doctor wishing to set up in an area in high demand for healthcare. Currently, there is only one doctor in the commune, accompanied by a nurse. The practice is located in a dynamic environment and benefits from immediate proximity to Perpignan, as well as being situated in a zone classified as an FRR, giving entitlement to attractive tax exemptions.
Compensation
- Private practice with deed-based fees
- Tax exemption for 5 years, decreasing to 8 years (until 2034)
