We are recruiting a General Practitioner M/F to join a medical structure in partnership with the municipality of Castelnau-d'Estrétefonds, in Haute-Garonne, on a permanent contract
.
Description and tasks
As part of the launch of a temporary health center opened in collaboration with the commune, you will practice within medical offices set up within the town hall. You will be responsible for primary care, welcoming local patients and helping to improve access to primary care for local residents
. Your duties will include:
- General medical consultations
- Follow-up of chronic pathologies
. - Cooperation with other healthcare professionals in the area
- Participation in coordinated care organization, public health and prevention initiatives
.
Structure DNA
This project is part of a strong territorial dynamic with the active support of the municipality. A temporary center is currently set up in the town hall, with three GP surgeries provided free of charge. This transitional arrangement anticipates the opening of a permanent health center in the next two years. The approach is centered on local, team-based practice, with the aim of developing an accessible, diversified range of healthcare services, anchored in the coordinated care pathway. Compensation
You'll receive compensation of 45% gross of sales, with a guaranteed minimum
