We are recruiting a nurseH/F on CDIto join a care facility located in Aulnay-sous-Bois (Seine-Saint-Denis). Position full time Monday to Friday, with 7h days.
Description and duties
As a nurse(era), you will be in charge of:
- Provide nursing care and follow-up for residents in conjunction with the nursing team.
- Work in tandem with another NURSE, ensuring smooth and secure care.
- Participate in the development and monitoring of care protocols in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensure coordination with the care assistants for the well-being of residents.
- Be involved in organizational changes, in particular with the forthcoming arrival of a IDEin 10h.
Facility DNA
The facility accommodates 94 residents, divided into several adapted units:
- 1 living unit protected(11 places) dedicated to patients requiring reinforced support.
- 1 reinforced accommodation unit (13 places) for patients needing special attention.
- 1 PASA (Pôle d'Activités et de Soins Adaptés), promoting stimulation and support for residents with cognitive disorders.
The IDE are always doubled up to guarantee optimal supervision. An organization with a 10-hour IDE (8:30am-8:30pm) is planned within one or two months.
Compensation
Salary according to current salary scale, with seniority taken into account.
