The work environment is structured and focused on streamlining patient care pathways, allowing you to concentrate on patient care, avoid administrative burdens, work within a well-organized team, and practice in a dynamic setting with a high volume of patients. Description and Responsibilities You will be part of an optimized care pathway based on the delegation of tasks. Your main responsibilities will include: - Conduct clinical assessments of patients - Make diagnoses - Prescribe and initiate appropriate treatments - Work closely with nurses on technical procedures and additional tests - Coordinating patient care with the administrative staff who handle patient intake, file management, and billing The facility is open Monday through Saturday, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. As part of a contract to cover for a private practitioner, you will see 5 to 6 patients per hour during 4-, 8-, or 12-hour shifts. Compensation For this position, you will receive 40% of gross revenue. If you opt for a private practice replacement position, you will receive 60% of gross revenue. Compensation For this position, you will receive a salary ranging from €40,000 to €43,000 gross per year, to be determined based on your profile and experience Responsibilities Overall management of the center and support for its development Facilitating and leading team meetings Managing schedules, vacation time, and preparing payroll documents Conducting annual reviews and regular one-on-one meetings Onboarding and training of practitioners, dental assistants, and medical secretaries Presenting and explaining treatment estimates, developing financing plans Monitoring and optimizing revenue per practitioner and overall revenue Managing third-party payments, billing for complex cases, and follow-up reminders Managing the online calendar, chair utilization rates, and appointment metrics Tracking inventory, orders, and cash register audits Managing patient complaints and monitoring the practice’s online reputation Implementing hygiene, safety, and mandatory signage procedures Benefits Executive-level position 10 days of RTT per year Full multidisciplinary team on-site Structured internal procedures and well-defined processes Continuing education policy for all teams Support from the group’s support functions Desired Profile Center manager with management experience (ideally in the dental field).
