Description and duties As nurse coordinator, you will be at the heart of the organization of care and the smooth running of the facility. Your responsibilities will include - Coordinating care teams and managing schedules - Recruiting and integrating new professionals - Organizing and monitoring care for residents - Managing projects with a view to continuous improvement - Supervising and supporting teams with a view to enhancing their skills - Actively participate in the establishment's HR dynamics This position requires a strong human commitment, operational leadership and a genuine desire to be part of a positive long-term transformation dynamic. DNA of the facility The facility, which opened in 2018, has 148 places, including 6 in day care, and several specialized units, including two Alzheimer's units, a protected living unit and a reinforced unit. It is run by a team of 70 to 90 FTEs, depending on the period, and supported by a dedicated management team. Compensation Gross annual salary of between €35,000 and €40,000, depending on seniority and field experience.
