We are recruiting a veterinarian M/F to join a veterinary clinic located in Le Ban-Saint-Martin, Moselle, on a full-time permanent contract.
Description and duties
As Clinic Manager, you will play a central role in the day-to-day management of the facility, ensuring:
- Monitoring key performance indicators (HR, financial, operational)
- Coordinating the team of veterinarians and ASVs
. - Organizing and defining strategic priorities with the network
. - Promoting the well-being of employees and implementing a collective dynamic
. - Continuously improving the quality of care and the customer experience
. - Maintaining your clinical activity with a predominantly canine patient base
You will have the freedom to organize the sharing of responsibilities with the team in place and will benefit from structured managerial support.
Structure DNA
This modern 300m² veterinary clinic offers a spacious, well-equipped working environment. The team consists of 4 vets and 6 ASVs, with 95% of activity focused on canine care, and 5% NAC. The facility includes:
- Three consultation rooms
- Two fully-equipped surgical suites
- An imaging area with Doppler ultrasound and digital radiology
. - A fully equipped Idexx laboratory
- A dentistry unit, laser, ECG, gauze, densiometer
- A kennel and cattery with oxygen cage
- A dedicated rest area with kitchen and shower room
Cap Douleur accredited and specializing in soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, the clinic is ideally located near Metz, with easy access to amenities.
Compensation
For this position, you will benefit from an attractive remuneration package that is negotiable depending on your experience and skills. If you are specialized in surgery, an even more ambitious remuneration package will be offered.
