We are recruiting an endocrinologist M/F to join a multidisciplinary establishment located in Villejuif in the Val-de-Marne, as part of a full-time or part-time salaried contract (CDI).
ADN of the structure
You'll be working in a multi-disciplinary associative facility located on the southern outskirts of Paris, with a surface area of 360 m² and an organization designed for outpatient care. The premises include 11 practices, 7 of which are active 12 m² cubicles, a dedicated secretariat, several waiting rooms and a rest room. The configuration offers modular offices with consultation tables that can be adapted as required, encouraging the sharing of space. The patient base is varied, with a strong influx of diabetes patients. The atmosphere is geared towards teamwork and coordinated patient care. Possibility of administrative support and a medical assistant when the number of practitioners permits.
Description and duties
- Provide endocrinology consultations for general and diabetic patients
. - Care, follow-up and therapeutic education of patients with endocrine pathologies and diabetes
- Multidisciplinary collaboration with other specialties to organize follow-up and care pathways
. - Use of modular cabinets and sharing of cubicles according to internal organization
. - Participation in the development of the site's endocrinology activity
. - Possibility of a medical assistant, depending on the site's medical development
Compensation
For this position, you will have a 42% gross retrocession, open to discussion
