We are recruiting a veterinarian M/F to join a veterinary clinic located in Aulnay-sous-Bois in Seine-Saint-Denis, on a permanent contract as clinic manager.
Description and missions
As veterinary clinic director, you will be responsible for managing the medical, organizational, regulatory, human and financial aspects of the clinic. You will pursue your clinical practice while coordinating internal projects and leading team dynamics.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Define and implement the clinic's project in conjunction with the support teams
- Organize day-to-day operations to achieve set objectives
- Guarantee optimal quality of care for the animals in your care
- Ensure regulatory and legal compliance of the business
- Promote exchanges between the clinic and the rest of the network
To achieve this, you will have access to:
- HR, financial and operational performance analysis tools
- Support from business experts in human resources and operations

Structure DNA
The clinic is located in a quiet residential area of Aulnay-sous-Bois, in the immediate vicinity of green spaces. Specializing in 95% canine medicine and 5% NAC, it is staffed by 4 vets and 5 ASVs. The 180 m2 facility, spread over two floors, offers a spacious, well-appointed and ergonomic working environment. Consultations last 30 minutes, with an average of 10 to 15 patients per day. No on-call service is expected.
Compensation
For this position, you will benefit from an attractive package starting at 100,000 euros annually.
