DNA of the facility You will work in a private mental health facility with regional and national coverage, structured around adult, child and geriatric psychiatry. The facility boasts a comprehensive inpatient platform, including full inpatient units and day hospitals to facilitate care pathways. It is staffed by multi-disciplinary teams (nurses, psychologists, art therapists, sophrologists, psychomotricians, sports medicine educators, social workers) and has HAS V2020 certification, confirming the quality of its care. Description and duties You will work mainly in adult full hospitalization and will participate in patient follow-up within the framework of existing units. Your main tasks will be to - Carry out pre-admission and follow-up consultations with patients - Coordinate and implement the medical project in conjunction with local players, including outpatient physicians - Define indications and organize associated care - Participate in clinical meetings and medical bodies (CME) - Promote the establishment's image among users and health, medico-social and institutional partners Working conditions : - Self-employed (possibility of maintaining outpatient activity) or permanent salaried status depending on profile - Practice in sector I or II - On-call duty: one week out of 6/7, shared between doctors - Access to training, mutual insurance and Social and Economic Committee benefits Remuneration For this position, you will work on a self-employed basis (fees according to the nomenclature, sector I or II); possibility of salaried status on a permanent contract with remuneration negotiated according to profile.
