As part of its business expansion, a medical-social care facility located in Deuil-la-Barre, in the Val-d'Oise department, is seeking a psychiatrist (M/F) for a permanent position.

The Organization
You will join a medical-social residential care division that supports people with disabilities across several facilities located in the Val-d’Oise. The organization cares for a total of 156 residents, some of whom live in the homes in Deuil-la-Barre. The teams provide educational, social, administrative, paramedical, and cultural support to promote the independence and social integration of the residents.
Compensation

Responsibilities
- Participate in the assessment of residents’ eligibility for admission
- Determine whether a resident’s mental health status is compatible with integration into the facility
- Assist in managing crisis situations
- Assist with the orientation of residents before or after hospitalization
- Adjust psychiatric treatments as needed
- Serve as a point of contact with the psychiatrists who are already treating the residents
- Provide medical support to teams in complex situations
- Use the electronic resident record to monitor medical progress

Qualifications
