We are recruiting a Psychiatrist M/F to join a structure located in Saint-Avold, in the Grand Est region of France, on a part-time permanent contract.
DNA of the facility
You will work in a facility with a 25-place day hospital designed for individual and group care. The premises include therapeutic activity rooms, a rest room, a soothing lounge and a catering room to help patients recover in a friendly, appropriate environment. The facility cares for an average of 20 patients a day, and is part of a local dynamic focused on quality of care. More generally, Saint-Avold offers a pleasant living environment, combining historical heritage, green spaces and easy road access to Metz and the German border.
Description and duties
You will be responsible for the medical follow-up of patients admitted to the day hospital, ensuring continuity and quality of care. Your main tasks will be to
- Adult psychiatric care
- Drawing up and implementing individual and group care plans
- Participation in the establishment's quality approach, risk management and certification processes
- Daily collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
- Contribution to local research and teaching projects
The position is to be filled as soon as possible on a full-time basis, with fixed working hours from 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday (no on-call duty).
