We are recruiting a psychiatrist M/F to join a specialized mental health facility located in La Penne-sur-Huveaune, in the Bouches-du-Rhône region, as part of a hybrid activity. DNA of the facility You'll be joining a modern facility designed for the comfort of practitioners and patients alike. The clinical positioning targets adults with anxiety disorders, burn-out states and work-related collapses, without any addictive treatment. The team provides a calm, structured environment, conducive to the development of personal therapeutic projects. Practice is possible in sector 1 or 2. Description and responsibilities You will join a two-phase system, with distinct missions and remuneration. Your duties will be as follows: 1 - Psychiatric duty On a typical day, you will receive patients referred by other doctors or by direct appointment. You will receive them for a brief referral consultation, including clinical assessment, therapeutic decision, implementation of treatment where appropriate, and possible referral. You will work from 9.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. and see between 20 and 30 patients a day, for pathologies mainly related to anxiety, burn-out and other work-related disorders. 2 - Consulting office for rent In a second phase, you can follow up patients seen during your office hours. In this case, you'll have access to a rented office within the structure, enabling you to receive and carry out your sessions. You'll also be able to delegate your administrative tasks. Your work schedule will be flexible, with the office available between 5 and 6 days a week.
