We are recruiting a psychiatrist (M/F) to join a public healthcare facility located near Marne-la-Vallée, in Seine-et-Marne, for a position as a hospital physician.
Requirements

- 10 half-days per week, including 8 on-site at the hospital and 2 at the mental health center (CMP)
The Facility
You will join a public healthcare facility with a well-established adult psychiatry unit, serving a catchment area of nearly 145,000 residents. The scope of work is particularly diverse, including inpatient care (both voluntary and involuntary), outpatient consultations at the CMP, a day hospital, home hospitalization, and electroconvulsive therapy (ECT). In addition, the unit is involved in numerous development projects, including early intervention for first-episode psychosis, community-based psychosocial rehabilitation, suicide prevention, and the implementation of cognitive and behavioral therapies, all within a dynamic and innovation-driven medical environment.
The medical and paramedical teams consist of 6 psychiatrists,
1 home-based psychiatric care (HAD) psychiatrist, 2 DES residents, 1 social worker, 2 medical administrative assistants, 22 nurses, and 5 nursing assistants.
Compensation
- Salary ranging from €5,930 to €9,000 gross per month, to be determined based on your profile and experience, excluding bonuses and allowances
Responsibilities
- Providing psychiatric care for patients admitted for inpatient treatment, voluntary treatment, and involuntary treatment
- Consultations at the Mental Health Center (CMP)
- Monitoring patients from admission to discharge from the unit
- Electroconvulsive therapy (ECT)
- Supervision of residents and externs
- Participation in on-call shifts at the Emergency Department (SAU), on the ward, and in psychiatric liaison, as well as in department meetings and division projects
