As part of its business expansion, a medical and psychological center located in Cenon, Gironde, is actively seeking a psychiatrist (M/F).

The Facility
You will join a hospital specializing in the treatment of mental illness and the care of those suffering from psychological distress, serving a large region stretching from the Bordeaux metropolitan area to southern Gironde. The range of care services includes units for adults, children, and adolescents, specialized care pathways, and forensic psychiatry services, with overall capacity and alternative care options distributed across numerous facilities.
Compensation
- Salary ranging from €55,000 to €124,000 gross per year, to be determined based on employment status
Responsibilities
- Organize regular medical follow-ups for patients
- Update the Electronic Health Record (EHR)
- Meet with families
- Write and monitor medical prescriptions
- Prescribe therapeutic activities
- Ensure compliance with the care plan’s prescriptions
- Request or renew MDPH applications
- Develop and implement patient care plans, including preparing application files for potential facilities
- Participate in multidisciplinary review meetings
- Work in collaboration with the community care manager
- Participate in on-call care by covering shifts
