The Organization
You will join a facility specializing in the treatment of mental illness and the care of those suffering from psychological distress, serving a large area stretching from the Bordeaux metropolitan area to southern Gironde. The care services cover adult, child, and adolescent units, as well as specialized programs and forensic psychiatry. In addition, the facility has a capacity of 382 full-time inpatient beds and 222 alternative care slots spread across more than 80 facilities, enabling localized and personalized care pathways.

Compensation
- Salary ranging from €55,000 to €124,000 gross per year, to be determined based on employment status

Responsibilities
- Organize regular medical follow-up for patients
- Update the Electronic Health Record (EHR)
- Meet with families and serve as a liaison with loved ones
- Write and monitor medical prescriptions
- Prescribe therapeutic activities and ensure compliance with the care plan
- Order additional tests and coordinate with other specialists
- Request or renew MDPH files
- Develop and implement personalized care plans for patients
- Participate in multidisciplinary review meetings
- Cover on-call duties on an ad hoc basis (1 to 2 months)
