- Full-time
- Monday through Friday
- 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
The Facility
This is a small, specialized psychiatric healthcare facility with a dedicated unit that cares for 14 adolescents aged 11 to 17. Young patients are treated here for depressive disorders, personality disorders, and mood disorders, though the unit also accepts patients with other mental health conditions. In addition, the physician hired will be supported by a multidisciplinary team and a community of experts, as well as by physicians dedicated to somatic care, in a stable and collaborative work environment.
Compensation
- €550 net per day
Responsibilities
- Monitoring patients from admission through discharge
- Developing personalized care plans
- Managing psychiatric and psychological disorders in adolescents
- Therapeutic approaches that prioritize dialogue and non-pharmacological solutions whenever possible
- Supporting and guiding families
- Developing a discharge plan with referral to an appropriate facility if necessary
- Nighttime on-call service Monday through Thursday
