A follow-up care and rehabilitation facility in Saint-Jean-Delnous, Aveyron, is looking for its new physiotherapist M/F on a permanent contract.
Terms and conditions
- CDI
- Full-time (37h50 per week) or part-time possible
- Monday to Friday
- From 9am to 5:30pm
- 1 day off (RTT) per month
The structure
You will work in a private, not-for-profit establishment in Saint-Jean-Delnous, set in a large wooded estate with landscaped grounds. The facility has a capacity of over 70 full hospitalization beds, with an outpatient department located nearby. A strong, experienced multidisciplinary team, including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, dieticians, psychologists, social workers, stretcher-bearers and geriatricians, guarantees comprehensive, collaborative care.
Your salary
- From €2,769 gross/month
- 100% seniority
- Loyalty bonus of €3,000 gross for 12 months or more
- Installation allowance of €1,000 net
- Home-work distance allowance
Missions
- 18-patient geriatric service in a 36-bed unit divided into two wards
- Drawing up entry and discharge reports, as well as care pathway summaries
- Independent patient care, with freedom of choice of techniques and frequency of sessions
- Dedicated Physiotherapist-Ergo pair working on each ward
- Participation in weekly multidisciplinary staff meetings on Thursday afternoons
- Participation in annual exchange day on new therapies and HAS recommendations
- Possibility of performing paid outpatient care for external patients outside SMR hours
