A home-based hospital care facility located in Amilly, in the Loiret department, is seeking a new physical therapist (M/F) for a permanent position.

The Facility
You will join a home-based inpatient facility specializing in rehabilitation, located on the outskirts of Amilly, with a service area covering a large part of the neighboring department. The facility has a shared office for the team and a small inventory of rehabilitation equipment available for use. The multidisciplinary team consists of at least two rehabilitation specialists (physical therapists, occupational therapists, psychomotor therapists), dietitians, and speech-language pathologists, with potential support from nursing assistants and registered nurses for standard home hospitalization care. Team meetings and multidisciplinary staff meetings are held regularly. The patient population is diverse, with a focus on geriatrics and patients with multiple conditions, and includes a minimum of five rehabilitation sessions per week conducted by at least two different practitioners.
Compensation
- To be determined during the interview, based on your profile and experience
- Ségur bonus + annual profit-sharing and incentive bonus
- Up to 50% of prior service credit
Responsibilities
- Assess patients’ physical condition and set personalized rehabilitation goals
- Design and administer tailored physical therapy programs
- Prepare admission and discharge reports and ensure daily bedside handoffs
- Monitor patients and adjust treatments
- Help educate patients and their families on home rehabilitation techniques
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and staff meetings to adjust care strategies
