Job Optician - Dury 80 We are recruiting an Optician Manager to join a franchised optical store in Dury, Somme, on a full-time permanent contract. DNA of the structure You will be joining a store belonging to a group owning several franchises, located on the outskirts of Amiens, close to a shopping area and easily accessible. The store focuses on quality advice, customer satisfaction and a structured sales approach. Description and responsibilities You will take operational responsibility for the store and manage day-to-day operations. Your main tasks will be : - Managing and leading a team of 3 to 5 people - Advise on and sell optical equipment and eyewear - Fitting, assembly and quality control - Manage inventory, orders and supplier relations - Follow-up of sales targets and implementation of sales actions - Guarantee a high level of welcome and customer service Compensation For this position, you will be paid between €2700 and €3200 gross per month.
