We are recruiting an Optician Manager to join a franchised optical store in Dury, Somme, on a full-time permanent contract.
DNA of the structure
You will be joining a store belonging to a group owning several franchises, located on the outskirts of Amiens, close to a shopping area and easily accessible. The store focuses on quality advice, customer satisfaction and a structured sales approach. The working atmosphere is professional and focused on sales performance, with an emphasis on employee support.
Description and responsibilities
You will take operational responsibility for the store and manage day-to-day operations. Your main tasks will be :
- Managing and leading a team of 3 to 5 people
- Advise on and sell optical equipment and eyewear
- Fitting, assembly and quality control
- Manage inventory, orders and supplier relations
- Follow-up of sales targets and implementation of sales actions
- Guarantee a high level of welcome and customer service
Compensation
For this position, you will be paid between €2700 and €3200 gross per month.
