We are recruiting an ophthalmologist M/F to join a specialized ophthalmology facility located in Valence, in the Drôme department, within the framework of a salaried contract or a self-employed collaboration.
Description and duties
You'll work in an organization optimized for medical practice, with all the resources you need to concentrate fully on ophthalmological consultation. Surgical procedures are not compulsory, but access to cataract or refractive surgery is available via external partners. IVTs are performed on site, accompanied by a dedicated nursing team.
The work rhythm is designed to provide a good balance between efficiency and quality of life, with a 9 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. working day and a regular flow of 50 to 60 patients a day. In-house training is provided on Ophtix software, pending migration to a proprietary tool developed specifically for the activity.
Structure DNA
You will be joining a modern, well-established structure that is a member of a nationally recognized network for ophthalmic care. The facility is designed to offer a serene medical environment, with fluid patient pathways, dedicated IVT rooms, and a high-performance technical platform. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team of orthoptists, nurses and medical secretaries, all dedicated to providing full support to the doctors. The organization of the center guarantees a constant flow of patients, while maintaining a volume adapted to quality practice.
Compensation
- For salaried doctors: 650 euros per session, with a variable supplement of 12 to 15% depending on activity
. - For self-employed doctors: personalized remuneration to be discussed, with the possibility of participation in expenses and investment in the structure
