We are recruiting an ophthalmologist M/F to join a structure specializing in ophthalmology and optometry located in Troyes, in the Aube department, within the framework of a salaried contract or a full-time or part-time self-employed collaboration.
Description and duties
You'll be practicing medical ophthalmology in a facility with a high-performance technical platform, in a setting designed to optimize your medical time and offer smooth patient care. You will be freed from all administrative constraints thanks to permanent logistical support.
Your duties will include:
- Carrying out general ophthalmology consultations
. - Performing ophthalmic examinations with the support of orthoptists
. - Participation in intravitreal injections (IVT), if required
. - Access to refractive or cataract surgery via partners if you wish
The schedule is adapted to sustained but controlled activity, with an average of 50 to 60 patients per day, over a range from 9:00 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.

Compensation
- For salaried doctors: 650 euros per shift, with a variable supplement of 12 to 15% depending on activity
- For self-employed doctors: personalized remuneration to be discussed, with the possibility of participation in expenses and investment in the structure
