Job Ophthalmologist M/F - Toulouse 31

We are recruiting an ophthalmologist M/F to join a reference ophthalmology establishment located in Toulouse, Haute-Garonne, within the framework of a salaried contract or a full-time or part-time freelance collaboration.

Description and missions
When you join this specialized facility, you'll be providing medical ophthalmology consultations in an environment perfectly suited to your practice. Surgical activity, notably cataract surgery or refractive surgery, is accessible via partners if you wish to develop it. Intravitreal injections (IVT) are performed on site with the support of a trained nursing team.

The schedule is organized to ensure a smooth and efficient operation, with a constant flow of patients, ranging from 50 to 60 procedures per day. Weekends are particularly busy, especially on Fridays and Saturdays. You will also have access to in-house training on Ophtix software, pending deployment of a proprietary IT tool.

You'll be working in a modern, well-organized structure, part of a nationally recognized network in the field of ophthalmology and optometry. The patient pathway is optimized to enable doctors to concentrate fully on medicine. The facility boasts high-quality technical facilities, IVT rooms and a full team of orthoptists, nurses and medical secretaries. The working environment is designed to combine efficiency, comfort and quality of care.

Compensation
- For salaried doctors: 650 euros per shift, with a variable supplement of 12 to 15% depending on activity
- For self-employed doctors: personalized remuneration to be discussed, with the possibility of participation in expenses and investment in the structure

Profile sought
Ophthalmologist M/F registered or eligible for registration with the Ordre des Médecins in France, holding a French or European diploma with validated B2 language level. Sector 1 or Sector 2 and 2 OPTAM accepted. Priority given to practitioners not yet established.
