We are recruiting an ophthalmologist M/F to join an establishment dedicated to medical ophthalmology and optometry located in Oyonnax, within the framework of a salaried contract or a full-time or part-time self-employed collaboration.
Description and duties
You will work within a structure organized around the exclusive practice of medical ophthalmology, with no administrative constraints and permanent technical support.
Your work will focus on medical ophthalmology consultations. IVT can be performed on site, with the support of a dedicated nursing team. Access to refractive or cataract surgery may also be possible through specialized partnerships.
You'll benefit from an optimized rhythm, with a comfortable working schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., for an average of 50 to 60 patients a day. Training in the use of Ophtix software is provided to ensure that you get up to speed quickly and smoothly.
Structure DNA
This modern, well-equipped facility is designed to streamline the patient pathway while guaranteeing a serene practice for the practitioner. You'll join a multidisciplinary team of orthoptists, nurses and medical secretaries, enabling comprehensive patient care and a reduction in non-medical tasks. Spaces are dedicated to IVT, and a high-performance technical platform is available for specialized procedures. The centralized organization enables doctors to concentrate fully on their core business.
Compensation
- For salaried doctors: 650 euros per shift, with a variable supplement of 12 to 15% depending on activity
- For self-employed doctors: personalized remuneration to be discussed, with the possibility of participation in expenses and investment in the structure
