We are recruiting an ophthalmologist M/F to join a structure specialized in ophthalmology and optometry located in Martres-Tolosane in Haute-Garonne, within the framework of a salaried contract or a full-time or part-time freelance collaboration.
Description and missions
You'll be working in a dedicated ophthalmology facility, with full administrative support and a high-quality technical platform for optimized practice.
Your activity will focus on medical ophthalmology consultations, with no surgical obligations. However, partnerships provide access to cataract or refractive surgery if desired.
Intravitreal injections (IVT) are performed on site with the assistance of a nursing team.
The work rhythm is adapted to combine medical performance and personal balance, with a 9:00 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. schedule and an average of 50 to 60 patients per day.
Training in Ophtix software is provided in-house.

You'll work in a modern, structured space designed to facilitate the care pathway and quality of life at work. The facility has dedicated IVT rooms, a refractive surgery platform, and an experienced multidisciplinary team (orthoptists, nurses, medical secretaries).
The organization allows practitioners to devote themselves fully to the clinical dimension, with centralized management and a constant flow of patients throughout the year.
Compensation
- For salaried doctors: 650 euros per session, with a variable supplement of 12 to 15% depending on activity
. - For self-employed doctors: personalized remuneration to be discussed, with the possibility of participation in expenses and investment in the structure
