We are recruiting an ophthalmologist M/F to join a private practice specialized in ophthalmology and optometry located in Crolles, Isère, within the framework of a salaried contract or a full-time or part-time private practice collaboration.
Description and duties
You will work in an environment offering optimal conditions for the practice of medical ophthalmology. Your main duties will be to carry out medical ophthalmology consultations.
Surgery is not compulsory, but access to refractive or cataract surgery is possible in conjunction with partner structures. Intravitreal injections (IVT) are provided on site, supported by nursing supervision.
The rhythm has been designed to optimize the quality of medical practice, with a volume of 50 to 60 patients per day over a 9 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. schedule.
Training in the use of Ophtix software is planned in-house, pending the introduction of a specifically developed IT tool.
Structure DNA
You will be working in a facility with a high patient flow, recognized for its organizational quality and efficiency. The activity is part of a structured model enabling doctors to concentrate fully on their practice. You will join a multi-disciplinary team of orthoptists, nurses and medical secretaries, with a full technical platform including dedicated IVT rooms and supervised access to surgical procedures via partners. The premises are modern and carefully designed to ensure a smooth patient pathway and comfortable working conditions.
Compensation
- For salaried doctors: 650 euros per shift, with a variable supplement of 12 to 15% depending on activity
. - For self-employed doctors: personalized remuneration to be discussed, with the possibility of participation in expenses and investment in the structure
