We are recruiting an ophthalmologist M/F to join a specialized ophthalmology facility located in Brest, Finistère, as part of a salaried contract or a full-time or part-time freelance collaboration.
Description and missions
You will be working in a structured facility that promotes fluid, high-quality patient care. The focus is on medical ophthalmology with scheduled consultations in an optimized environment.
- You will carry out medical ophthalmology consultations and benefit from constant support from a multidisciplinary team
. - IVT is performed on site with the support of a dedicated nursing staff
. - Access to refractive or cataract surgery is available through partner facilities
- The flow of patients is regulated to guarantee a serene practice, with a 9:00 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. schedule
- Training in Ophtix software is provided in-house before deployment of the new system developed in-house

The organization is based on synergy between orthoptists, nurses, medical assistants and secretaries, enabling each doctor to devote himself exclusively to clinical practice. Compensation
- For salaried doctors: 650 euros per session, with a variable supplement of 12 to 15% depending on activity
. - For self-employed doctors: personalized remuneration to be discussed, with the possibility of participation in expenses and investment in the structure
