As part of its business expansion, a public service organization located in Cergy-Pontoise, in the Val-d'Oise department, is seeking a new medical consultant (M/F). Terms of Employment - Permanent contract - Full-time - Monday through Friday The Organization You will work for a public service organization located in Cergy-Pontoise, in the Val-d'Oise department. The position is based in a multidisciplinary environment involving technicians, nurses, pharmacists, and dentists. The work primarily consists of analyzing records prepared by technicians and providing medical opinions, as well as coordinating and helping to develop the skills of the paramedical teams. Compensation - Monthly net salary ranging from €4,500 to €4,900 - Annual variable bonus of up to one month’s salary - Salary increases based on seniority and experience Responsibilities - Medical evaluation of insured individuals and recommendations regarding access to assistance and benefits - Medical review of sick leave cases - Analysis of medical practices and support for healthcare professionals - Engaging with and supporting healthcare facilities during inspections - Participation in anti-fraud initiatives targeting specific medical specialties and facilities - Coordination with technicians, nurses, pharmacists, and dentists Benefits - Company health insurance - 30 days of vacation + 15 days of RTT - Two additional days of vacation per dependent child - Remote work available two days a week (after a trial period) - Meals provided and on-site dining at a reduced cost - No on-call duty or standby shifts - Comprehensive on-the-job training available - Good work-life balance That little extra Cergy-Pontoise offers a pleasant living environment for outdoor activities and RER A service that provides quick and easy access to Paris.
