Description and duties
Within this establishment, you will provide comprehensive patient care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Your duties will include:
- Evaluating pre-admission files and participating in admissions committees
. - Medical follow-up of patients, prescribing appropriate examinations and treatments
. - Participating in weekly staff meetings and drawing up individualized therapeutic projects
. - Organizing discharges in conjunction with assistance and coordination arrangements
. - Maintain accurate patient records using Hospital Manager software
. - PMSI coding and participation in weekday and weekend on-call duties
. - Active contribution to medical and facility projects, quality procedures and risk management
. - Involvement in the clinic's relations with local care partners and networks
