We are recruiting a general practitioner M/F to join a multidisciplinary health center located in La Bresse, in the Vosges, within the framework of a salaried CDI.
Description and duties
You will work in a new, spacious medical practice, designed to accommodate a large patient base in a medically under-densified area. You will have at your disposal:
- A 30 m2 consulting room
- A secretariat for administrative management
- Access to Doctolib paid for by the structure
. - A shared waiting room
Your mission will be to provide comprehensive care for a local and tourist clientele, with a high volume of patients in winter (around 15,000 patients in the resort during the winter, between 7,000 and 10,000 in other seasons). You will work up to a maximum of 3.5 days a week.
Structure DNA
Located close to a ski resort, this health center meets a growing need for general care in a tourist region rich in sporting activities (hiking, skiing, cycling...). You'll be working in a new, well-designed environment, at the heart of a dynamic catchment area. The facility is already home to an emergency physician and a cardiologist, promoting multidisciplinary, complementary care. Working closely with the local authorities, the team in place follows a collaborative dynamic with full administrative support. The practice is scheduled to open between December and January.
Compensation
For this position, you will have a 45% gross retrocession with a guaranteed minimum of 4500€ gross monthly. A 13th month may be paid depending on annual results.
