We are recruiting a general practitioner M/F to join a medical space located in Marly-la-Ville, near Fosses in the Val-d'Oise, as part of a self-employed installation.
Description and duties
You will work in a 50 m2 medical space comprising two independent consulting rooms of 15 m2 each. The premises have a shared waiting room of 11 m2, as well as sanitary facilities in each practice.
The local environment presents a strong medical demand due to the current absence of general practitioners in this commune of 5,500 inhabitants. You will therefore benefit from an immediately available patient base and a strong consultation dynamism.
The proposed contract is aimed at a doctor wishing to set up in private practice on a full-time or part-time basis (minimum four days a week to qualify for the installation bonus).
ADN of the structure
The practice is ideally located within a condominium that already includes a pharmacy and a dental practice, promoting synergies between healthcare professionals. Marly-la-Ville is a quiet, residential commune in the Val-d'Oise, well served by major roads and public transport, in the immediate vicinity of Fosses.
The practice is functional and bright, and can be renovated with the support of the regional council, which will pay up to 50% of the cost of the work.
Compensation
You'll work on a self-employed basis with free fees. An installation bonus of €50,000 is available under the ZIP zoning scheme, paid in two instalments on condition that you work at least four days a week.
