We are hiring a Healthcare Manager (M/F) to join a facility located near Passy, in Haute-Savoie, under a permanent contract.

The Facility
You will join a recognized public-interest foundation based primarily in Haute-Savoie and active in the healthcare and medical-social sectors. In addition, the facility offers specialized care in oncology and palliative care with a well-structured and stable medical team. The position is part of a medical team composed of several salaried practitioners and department heads, within a facility that includes a day hospital as well as beds for medical and palliative care.
Compensation
- Starting at €2,774.25 gross per month
- Seniority recognized based on professional experience
Responsibilities
1. Collaborate on and implement the care policy:
- Oversee the planning of patient care and the overall organization of care;
- Implement the Foundation’s care plan within the facility by advancing the quality initiative;
- Formalize the nursing care plan based on established guidelines and available resources;
- Implement a communication policy that promotes consistency and team cohesion;
- Support teams in the facility’s various projects.
2. Management and Human Resources Administration:
- Manage the IDEC team;
- Manage the rehabilitation team;
- Contribute to the facility’s medical and financial management;
- Provide support and expertise to the clinical teams;
- Oversee the orientation and supervision of students;
- Onboard new staff members;
- Organize and lead department meetings and working groups;
- Ensure the relay and dissemination of information;
- Coordinate the recruitment of healthcare professionals with the IDECs;
- Lead cross-functional projects with the Nursing Department;
- Provide cover for IDECs during their leave.
3. Quality and Risk Management:
- Participate in the evaluation of professional practices;
- Implement the actions defined as part of the Foundation’s quality policy;
- Ensure compliance with protocols and procedures;
- Participate in quality policy and risk management.
4. Cross-functional Responsibilities:
- Participate in the institution’s various governing bodies (CLUD, CLIN, etc.);
- Provide training at the Foundation’s IFAS.
