Structure DNA The owner is providing fully equipped premises, available from April. The practice, on the first floor, comprises a waiting room, an auscultation room and an office of around 60 m². A 70 m² private apartment is located upstairs. PRM access is provided. The professional premises are air-conditioned; the apartment has radiators. Appointments are managed via Doctolib, with a telephone secretarial service already in place. There is also space for an on-site secretary. The commune has around 3,700 inhabitants and is located in the ZIP zone, with an estimated patient base of between 2,000 and 3,000, due to the absence of any other doctors in the commune. Description and duties You will be in charge of geriatric consultations and the medical follow-up of elderly patients. Your main duties: - Carry out geriatric consultations and follow-up of chronic pathologies related to aging. - Assess and coordinate the care of elderly patients, in liaison with paramedical and medico-social staff. - Prescribe and adapt treatments, prevent and monitor co-morbidities. - Organize consultations via Doctolib and help manage a large patient flow The practice is up and running, enabling a rapid start to business.
