The structure
This is a well-known private clinic in the Grenoble area, with 200 MCO beds and an emergency department open 24/7. In addition, the establishment employs nearly 300 healthcare professionals, most of whom are self-employed, and is developing a geriatrics activity comprising a short-stay unit and an acute geriatrics unit.
Compensation
- between €8,000 and €10,000 gross/month
Missions
- Medical management of polypathological elderly patients
- Management of 28 acute geriatric medicine beds
- Manage a total capacity of around 48 geriatric beds
- Short-stay care, with an average length of stay of 10 to 11 days
- Coordination with the establishment's other specialties
- Participation in the organization and distribution of medical activity, approximately 10 beds per practitioner
