The structure
This is a medical-social establishment for people referred by the MDPH for vocational retraining after an accident or illness. The multi-disciplinary teams include trainers, integration advisors, social workers, educators, occupational therapists, doctors, nurses and psychologists, providing comprehensive, personalized support. The facility also focuses on preventing people from losing their jobs and linking health and sustainable integration.
Remuneration
- 76,170€ gross/year

Duties
- Carry out pre-admission consultations and medical-professional assessments
- Issue reasoned opinions integrating functional capacities, environment and project feasibility
- Ensure a dynamic match between health status, disability and professional project
- Prevent disruptions by anticipating complex situations
- Develop individualized recommendations in terms of pace, organization, tools and environment
- Promote a biopsychosocial approach shared by the multidisciplinary team
- Supervise the nursing team and ensure coordination of medical follow-up
- Structure internal procedures and contribute to the safety of practices
- Develop links with attending physicians, specialists, occupational health services and health establishments
- Participate in the establishment's project and propose innovative preventive actions and medical-professional support
