The Facility
These are two brand-new consultation offices, part of a community health center adjacent to a pharmacy, ideally located on the seaside promenade. The first office measures 14.60 m² and the second 12.34 m²; both are bright and feature windows with panoramic ocean views. You will have access to a dedicated waiting room and restrooms that meet accessibility standards. Furthermore, the immediate proximity to the pharmacy ensures a natural flow of patients and optimal visibility, in a prime practice setting on the Mediterranean coast.
Compensation
For this position, you will pay rent of €250 to €400 per month per practice, plus €90 in monthly utilities.
