A health center located in Conflans-Sainte-Honorine, in the Yvelines department, is seeking a new general practitioner (M/F) under a local government civil service contract.
Conditions
- 1- or 3-year contract, with the possibility of a permanent contract after 6 years
- Full-time or part-time
- Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with at least one Saturday morning every four weeks
- 25 days of annual leave and 17 RTT days for a full-time 38-hour workweek
The Organization
This is a municipal health center dedicated to providing access to healthcare for vulnerable populations, located in a municipality within a priority intervention zone with a population of approximately 60,000. The center has eight doctors’ offices, a nurse’s office, and three dental offices, and is staffed by a team of general practitioners, a dermatologist, an allergist, and an ophthalmologist. A monthly multidisciplinary coordination meeting brings the entire team together, ensuring a structured and collaborative workflow. Additionally, the center is ideally located near the RER A and J lines, with Paris Saint-Lazare approximately 25 minutes away.
Compensation
- €4,383.70 net per month for full-time work
- Annual bonus ranging from €300 to €1,170 gross
- Activity bonus
- Additional pay for Saturdays worked
