We are recruiting a General Practitioner (M/F) to join a follow-up care and rehabilitation clinic in Quint Fonsegrives, Haute-Garonne, on a part-time permanent contract.

This geriatric follow-up care and rehabilitation clinic is located less than 10 km from Toulouse city center, in a green and calm environment. The facility has 120 full hospitalization beds, including 5 dedicated to palliative care. It also offers day hospitalization (HDJ). The facility features areas dedicated to rehabilitation and well-being: physiotherapy, balneotherapy, three rehabilitation rooms and a walking trail. The facility is certified HAS (V2014) level A and AFNOR ISO 9001 (V2021). The professional atmosphere is based on a multidisciplinary approach and the support of practitioners, with a team of 7 doctors and 40 paramedical professionals.
Description and responsibilities
You will be involved in geriatric consultations in conjunction with the day hospital, with an elderly patient base requiring individualized follow-up. Your responsibilities:
- Develop outpatient consultations within the nutrition day hospital
- Set up and structure referral channels to support existing treatment paths (geriatrics, obesity, eating disorders)
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team: geriatrician and nutritionist physicians, nurses, sports educator, dietician, psychologist, etc
- Ensure patients' medical follow-up and continuity of care
- Participate in the development and implementation of medical and facility projects
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement, risk management and traceability of care via patient management software
Compensation
For this position, you will benefit from a stable remuneration package consisting of a fixed salary, supplemented by profit-sharing and an employee savings plan.

Profile sought
