Job ENT M/F - Lyon 69 We are recruiting an ENT specialist to join a medical facility located in Lyon (Rhône), as part of a self-employed collaboration. Description and duties You will work in a multidisciplinary facility with a regular flow of patients and an environment conducive to private practice. You will be responsible for: - A 15 to 18 m² consulting room, with the possibility of enlarging if necessary. - A multidisciplinary environment that encourages inter-professional exchanges. - A regular flow of patients guaranteed by the structure. - Shared services: secretarial services, reception, administrative management. Your activity will be facilitated by a complete handling of technical and organizational aspects, enabling you to focus fully on the follow-up and treatment of your patients. Structure DNA You'll work in an environment dedicated to healthcare, spread over two floors, entirely dedicated to medical activity. The facility, located in Lyon (8th arrondissement) or Vénissieux, encourages inter-professional exchanges thanks to the presence of several medical specialties on site. No initial investment is required. The practice is fully equipped, including a chair, sterilization equipment, a high-performance Internet connection and shared secretarial services. The aim is to enable you to concentrate on your consultations, without any logistical or administrative constraints. A room for minor procedures (dressings, sutures, etc.) is also available for free access. The facility also has a programming room dedicated to secretaries for organizing interventions. In addition, the team includes a practice manager responsible for staff well-being (regular meetings, medical events, liaison between doctors and providers if necessary). Compensation You will pay rent capped at 30% of sales, deductible from your tax charges. The average rent for specialists is €7,500 per month, including tax.
