IDEC Job - Bezons 95 We are recruiting a nurse coordinator M/F to join a clinical structure located in Bezons in the Val-d'Oise, within the framework of a permanent contract. Structure DNA You will be joining a facility belonging to a national hospital group present throughout France, with over 110 clinics and day hospitals certified by the Haute Autorité de Santé. The premises include 133 full hospitalization beds, including 117 single rooms, as well as 30 day hospital places, a consultation center and a functional exploration laboratory. What's more, the facility boasts modern rehabilitation equipment, and its location, halfway between the city and the countryside, makes it an ideal place to blossom (Paris is just a 30-minute streetcar ride away). Description and duties Your duties will include - Support patients in their recovery and care pathway - Establish a care plan in coordination with the nursing team - Carry out rehabilitation activities aimed at restoring autonomy - Propose appropriate solutions and alternative gestures in collaboration with other rehabilitators - Participate in and contribute to the development of facility projects - Take part in telephone and physical on-call duty from time to time Compensation For this position, you will receive a monthly salary of between €3000 and €3500 gross, excluding Ségur.
